Simple sense seeks a User Engagement Specialist to provide high‑quality initial contact with users, shaping end-to-end user journeys across IROC platform applications. You will collaborate with Engineering, Program, and Product teams to ensure dashboards remain intuitive, resilient, and aligned with ground-truth mission realities.
We value at least 4 years in User/Customer Success or similar, strong documentation skills, and the ability to travel 25% to client sites in a DoD environment.
