Senior Technical Program Manager
Symmetrio is recruiting a Senior Technical Program Manager for our client, a leader in oncology software innovation. The technical Program Manager is a proven driver who brings structure and discipline to software development by driving delivery cadence, optimizing throughput, and improving predictability while ensuring accountability to the established process.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program coordination and organizational skills, along with technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams. The candidate will use technical judgment to ask questions, challenge assumptions, identify risks before they impact delivery, and help keep initiatives moving forward.
Working closely with the CTO and Engineering leadership, you'll play a key role in driving a disciplined, predictable software development process.
This is a full-time position with a base salary up to $180,000.
