This role provides advanced IT support for end‑users on hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and connectivity. The position also offers occasional evening and weekend support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

- Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems.
- Design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions for business problems, emphasizing documentation and training.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve hardware and software errors.
- Perform upgrades to server hardware, operating systems, and software to maintain security and availability.
- Implement and test data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures with regular backups.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with IT personnel across all Re:
Build locations and external service providers.
- 3–5 years of IT system administration experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2012R2–2022), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra , Azure, and Power Shell.
- Experience supporting CAD and engineering software such as Solid Works, Catia, NX, and MATLAB.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VMware, AWS, and Azure virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Linux and macOS is a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise software (ERP or MES) is a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 100% on‑site, rotating between Denver, CO office locations.
Base pay $33–$44 per hour. Compensation includes potential annual incentive and long‑term incentive opportunities. The company offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
