Overview
The
D.
E. Shaw group seeks a highly capable and driven leader to join the team responsible for firmwide data management. This high-impact team manages the full life cycle of market data at the firm, including operational workflow execution, vendor relationship management, and stakeholder communication, with visibility across senior leaders in technology, investment, and infrastructure. The position is part of an effort to enhance the firm’s data infrastructure, workflows, and engagement model, and offers the chance to drive improvements across internal process management and external partnerships in a collegial and engaging environment.
- Lead the team responsible for firmwide data management and the full life cycle of market data, including operational workflow execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications with visibility across senior leaders in technology, investment, and infrastructure.
- Drive improvements to the firm’s data infrastructure, workflows, and engagement model.
- Improve internal process management and external partnerships in a collegial and engaging environment.
