GCP Cloud Engineer

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)

We are seeking an experienced GCP Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD automation
. This role involves designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.

• Design, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
• Configure and manage GCP networking, including VPCs, Shared VPCs, Compute Engine, Storage, and IAM.
• Develop and maintain cloud standards, governance, and best practices.
• Partner with security teams to implement secure cloud infrastructure and identity management.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for cloud environments.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call support schedule.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 5+ years of experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Compute Engine (GCE)
• VPC & Shared VPC
• Cloud Storage
• IAM & Security
• Networking
• Monitoring & Logging
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, Power Shell, and YAML.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise cloud deployments.

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect Certification.
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Certification.
• Experience with enterprise cloud migration and automation projects.
