Technical AI Lead, CRM and Salesforce Architecture

Prologis is scaling responsible AI across all business lines. As the technical lead for the Functional Salesforce Architecture & CRM team, you will translate high‑value business opportunities into adopted AI solutions, bridging AI, CRM, data, and integration capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Lead cross‑business AI‑enabled CRM initiatives from discovery through rollout, keeping teams focused on value.
• Identify AI opportunities that improve workflows and separate high‑value use cases from simple process changes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflow designs, and rollout plans.
• Define practical AI design patterns for CRM workflow agents, customer insights, search & retrieval, tool calling, and prompt patterns.
• Ensure responsible AI practices: guardrails, human review, governance, and feedback loops.
• Align Salesforce and CRM decisions with data, reporting, AI, and integration landscapes for scalable delivery.
• Coordinate delivery, keep stakeholders aligned on scope, risks, dependencies, data readiness, and change needs, removing blockers early.
• Codify lessons into playbooks, templates, enablement materials, and reusable solution patterns.

• 7+ years in technical leadership or enterprise technology delivery, with hands‑on experience in Salesforce, CRM, AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Experience owning initiatives that connect business priorities to process design, systems, integrations, delivery, and adoption.
• Strong generative AI fluency: retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, and prompt patterns.
• Deep knowledge of complex Salesforce or CRM multi‑module instances and adjacent data, reporting, API, automation, or AI capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate discovery, document decisions, and structure evolving business needs.
• Excellent communication and influence across business and technical teams.
• Balance innovation with quality, risk, user trust, and scalability.
• Experience piloting and scaling AI capabilities such as workflow assistants, AI‑driven intelligence, automation, or decision support.
• Hands‑on exposure to Snowflake, data platform design, data governance, data quality, integration design, APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT.
• Experience creating standards, playbooks, templates, communities of practice, or enablement materials for consistent adoption.
• Interest in turning ideas into prototypes within days, then evaluating and iterating.

• Background in logistics, real estate, or adjacent B2B operations.
• Experience working with extended onshore and offshore teams for scaling development.

Salary range: $128,000 – $185,000 (base). Bonus target and additional compensation will be determined by location, experience, and market data.
