Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data seeking the source of inaccuracies.
  • Load data into test and a production environment.
  • Review historical data in a production environment.
  • Perform regression testing after hours as needed.
  • Flexible in availability and willing to adjust based upon business needs.
  • Transcribe IVR request to process Employment Data Reports.
  • Monitor email accounts to ensure manual Employment Data Report requests are handled within departmental service levels.
  • Responsible for the timely processing and review of incoming client data files.
  • Position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as a willingness to sift patiently through client data.
  • Work closely with internal account and product managers as well as clients to resolve data issues.
  • Maintain quality control review of client deliverables and assure quality by performing quality assurance steps on processed data.
  • Perform manual data table entry and cleanups and initiate and monitor batch processing.
  • Research client files to locate the source of inaccuracies, while maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide viable solutions to clients on how to correct the employee’s record on their ongoing file.
  • Extract, test and load clients data into the test and production environment.
  • Create ad hoc reports for clients and Account Managers regarding disputed data.
  • Effectively work with client to understand what data is being transmitted in their files.
  • Perform regression testing of internal database to ensure it works as designed.
  • Frequently communicate with clients, compliance, Account Managers and other internal teams on dispute and Employment Data Report policies and processes.
  • Train new and existing team members on the dispute process, file formats, Termloaders, Load File Generators (LFG) and other internal applications.
  • Act as back up to the supervisor on things such as policy, procedures, escalations, etc.
  • Process Employment Data Reports (EDRs).
  • Transcribe IVR voice recordings in order to process consumer reports.
Qualifications
  • BA or BS preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
