Summary:

As part of the Core Automation team, this role focuses on implementing AI-driven automation strategies across Physician Experience (PEX) engineering teams. The goal is to accelerate the delivery of our One View platform (both Big Screen/Web and Small Screen/Mobile) by transitioning from traditional manual scripting to AI-accelerated automated workflows, leveraging advanced scripting tools and AI assistants to ensure the highest quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• AI Implementation:
  Implement AI-based automation scripting using Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist to reduce script authoring time for One View UI and API tests by at least 50%.
• Shift-Left Strategy:
  Integrate Playwright and Katalon early in the SDLC, enabling developers and QA to run automated "smoke tests" at the PR (Pull Request) level.
• CI/CD Orchestration:
  Trigger and manage Git Lab/Jenkins pipelines for test execution, ensuring automated reports are surfaced to leadership daily.
• Support Automation:
  Support feature teams as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 7 years of experience in QA Automation; zero "Manual QA" focus.
• Scripting and Tool Expertise:
  Expert knowledge in Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, Sauce labs and ALM.
• AI Proficiency:
  Recent, hands-on experience leveraging AI for scripting (Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist).
