Job Description Summary
The Command Center is the centralized hub for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the firm’s technological ecosystem to ensure operational stability and performance. It proactively evaluates alerts, identifies anomalies, and coordinates cross‑functional workflows to maintain infrastructure health, application reliability, and service availability. By leveraging real‑time dashboards, advanced monitoring tools, and data‑driven insights, the Command Center enables rapid detection, efficient triage, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Translate functional specifications into detailed guides for development.
- Examine current systems, identify requirements, and liaise with users to capture additional requirements and features.
- Document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with developers to produce new systems and validate changes through program testing.
- Identify, elicit, and document user or project requirements using appropriate modeling techniques.
- Analyze and validate requirements with original users, eliminating confusion.
- Outline verification criteria to ensure requirements are met and maintain documentation and traceability throughout the project.
- Support the collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
- Contribute to documentation of “as is” and “to be” processes and describe necessary changes for migration.
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
- Express user needs in terms of business requirements.
- Identify current business capability and conduct build‑or‑buy analyses.
- Recommend preferred approach and conduct gap analysis between current and future states.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to meet objectives efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Computer and Information Science.
Work ExperienceGeneral experience 4 to 6 months.
