Position Overview
As part of the Customer Experience team, you will drive an exceptional learning experience for users by managing and enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS). In partnership with the learning content development team, the LMS Administrator will execute an industry‑leading learning strategy, ensuring a user‑centric system experience that includes course configuration and management, daily administrative maintenance, resolution of technical issues, reporting, and managing vendor and internal partner relationships.
Essential Functions- Administer the SAP Success Factors LMS system.
- Support and resolve LMS technical issues.
- Lead a technical strategy to enhance the LMS user experience.
- Identify and execute process, experience, and quality improvements.
- Support content development teams with course, exam, and training material implementation and maintenance, configuring the LMS for curriculum requirements and globalization needs.
- Maintain processes and procedures to ensure system security and integrity.
- Manage vendor partner relationships, including task management and support hours.
- Collaborate with internal partners across global regions and divisions to support LMS use.
- Create and maintain reports from the LMS to measure the training program’s effectiveness.
- Evaluate and plan enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and development opportunities.
- Implement a strategic enhancement process that includes testing, development, and communication.
- Develop processes and documentation for LMS support.
- Manage and support LMS users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field plus 2+ years in a Learning Management System.
- Experience managing and/or supporting an LMS.
- Knowledge of LMS technical logic and integration.
- Basic knowledge of e‑learning design software and SCORM.
- Experience with a support ticketing system.
- Experience managing vendors and business partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors or similar LMS.
- Experience creating and executing strategic project plans and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to shift priorities based on current business needs and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to meet aggressive timelines and manage plans for simple, complex, and ambiguous projects.
- Hybrid work environment (2‑3 days in office).
