Role Overview
The Lead Technical Consultant will lead project implementations and develop thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to Service Now platform, product capabilities, and complimentary technologies in a client-consulting environment.
What You Will DoThe Lead Technical Consultant will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery on the Service Now platform, including assisting business process consultants in workshops, directing customers on industry and Service Now best practices, and developing client-specific reporting needs.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Service Now implementation experience, a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource, and proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
Requirements- 4+ years of Service Now implementation experience in a client consulting environment
- Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership consulting roles, client facing required
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Angular.
JS, JQuery and/or Boot Strap.
JS, React, NodeJS, NPM - Certified Service Now Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist such as: CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM, CIS-ITSM, CSA, CADD
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical information in an articulate manner
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving is an absolute essential skill
