Brand: QED, Inc

Founded in Denver in 1987, QED aims to provide high-quality electrical products and services to the industry. QED employs over 500 associates across 18 branches within Arizona and Colorado to serve commercial and residential contractors, industrial facilities, and OEM businesses.

At QED, we embrace what makes us unique. As a company with local roots and global reach, we excel at the diversity of our Associates and the different ways each of us contributes to our success. What keeps us at the forefront of progress? OUR PEOPLE. No matter where they work or who they are, we trust their individual skills and qualities and give them everything they need to reach their full potential.

Serve as lead on digital and eCommerce operations, with a strong focus on driving customer adoption, revenue growth, and digital sales performance. Develop, maintain, and implement strategies and operational efficiencies to expand utilization of QED's digital business and eCommerce solutions. Create and manage system-to-system eCommerce profiles and mapping, engage Sonepar USA integration partners for customer eProcurement setup, collaborate with internal teams to optimize product visibility and ensure web catalog accuracy, and manage new and existing digital customer accounts.

Partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities for digital expansion within existing accounts, support new customer acquisition, and increase share of wallet through eCommerce channels. Act as a key resource in demonstrating the value of digital tools, helping position QED’s platforms as a competitive advantage that drives customer efficiency and loyalty.

Although this position reports to the Marketing Director, the role operates cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT, with a primary focus on business development and digital revenue growth rather than traditional marketing functions.
