The Technical Program Manager will support the successful delivery of internet speed enhancements for customers. The role requires program coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, using technical knowledge, strategic planning, leadership skills, and strong execution discipline to oversee a tested program. The ideal candidate will understand how to advance program requirements, develop detailed technology-oriented plans, track program progress, manage stakeholder engagement, and analyze large data sets daily in Excel while working with multiple cross functional teams to drive immediate resolution.

This is a long term, onsite role in Denver, CO. All qualified candidates must live and work in Denver on site 3 days per week in office and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope and timeline.

· Develop and manage program schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.

· Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure the customer experience is not interrupted.

· Review large Excel data files and analyze fallout results while working with required groups for immediate resolution.

· Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects, blockers, and issues.

· Manage Walk-On stakeholder relationships and requirements through bi-weekly management meetings.

· Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project.
