IT Asset Administrator

Role Overview

The IT Asset Administrator I will ensure proper management of assets throughout the IT Asset Lifecycle, including owning monthly cost allocation, maintaining accurate inventories, and communicating with stakeholders.

The IT Asset Administrator I will perform tasks such as creating custom reports, working with internal audit and procurement teams, and completing requests for IT assets in Service Now.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a large corporate environment, be familiar with Service Now or similar asset management databases, and have general IT knowledge of major hardware and software providers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical area
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
