Zephyr is seeking an IT Specialist, Local Brand (Contract) to provide Tier 1 IT support for local service teams. The role is primarily on-site, reporting to the Director of IT and covering local brand offices to ensure operational technology runs smoothly.
You will onboard new staff, manage hardware provisioning, and educate teams on current systems. Travel to various brand offices is required to deliver on-site support as projects roll out.
