D365 Finance & Operations Integration Analyst
Full‑time salaried role based in our Denver office. Base salary range: $95,000 – $107,400 per year (depending on qualifications and experience). Flex time off within established guidelines and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical reviews within IT: provide architecture overviews, formulate recommendations, and map current‑state to future‑state integrations where applicable.
- Produce technical requirements, application architecture documents, and testing strategy recommendations.
- Analyze impact of D365 FO version upgrades, configuration changes, and new interfaces on existing integrations.
- Document data entities, field mappings, transformation rules, and error‑handling.
- Coordinate testing (SIT, UAT), defect triage, and cutover planning; train power users and create runbooks.
- Work across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to document requirements and map processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years ERP experience, with at least 3 years hands‑on with Dynamics 365 FO or AX 2012.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two functional areas:
Finance (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse, or Order Management. - Strong experience with D365 integrations.
- Practical knowledge of Azure integration components:
Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL. - Ability to document requirements, process maps, and configure D365 FO modules for integration touchpoints.
- Experience with testing, training, and end‑user enablement in large implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across finance and operations teams.
- Microsoft certifications: MB‑300, MB‑310/330, or PL‑400.
- Background in the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Exposure to PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Life Cycle Services or Power Platform Admin Center environment management.
Success Measures (first 3 months)
- Improve or enhance 3‑5 production integrations on time with documented error handling and monitoring.
- Resolve outstanding ongoing integration issues through Root Cause Analysis.
- Establish reusable integration patterns and a catalog of entities for the business.
- Maintain >99% successful batch job runs and create documentation where needed.
