Technical Ai Product Manager – Clinical Data
Location:
Denver, CO (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered Clinical Decision Support and Clinical Summarization solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML product delivery, healthcare data, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle management. This role will work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Clinical SMEs, and Business Stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, clinical impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive end-to-end AI product lifecycle management from concept through production deployment.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into functional AI product specifications.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Development teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for AI product performance and adoption.
- Participate in AI model evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of clinical accuracy, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Document complex workflows, business processes, and data requirements.
- Support clinical summarization, decision support, and healthcare data initiatives.
- Work with structured and unstructured clinical datasets.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities.
- Partner with clinical, business, operations, and technical teams.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to executive stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities and align cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products in a professional environment.
- Experience working with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and technical delivery teams.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and product documentation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical organizations.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
