Software Solution Consultant
As a Software Solution Consultant, you will partner with healthcare Customers to successfully implement and adopt STERIS SPM. Working closely with Implementation Project Managers and Customer stakeholders, you will configure software based on operational needs, deliver end-user training, support go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support. This role combines technical aptitude, Customer-facing consulting, training, and problem-solving to ensure Customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of the software solution.

Needed
Required:
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant professional experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to travel up to 75% annually throughout the United States and Canada.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a Customer-facing environment
- Experience delivering software training to end users and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of tracking software and related hardware components
- Experience working with software, networking, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
- 1–3 years of experience in Healthcare Sterile Processing, Materials Management, Perioperative Services, or a related healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Prior implementation consulting or Customer success experience within healthcare or SaaS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering productive Customer and team interactions
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure timely fulfillment of responsibilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and support organizational change.
- Analytical mindset, capable of evaluating information and identifying best-fit solutions.
- High attention to detail.
