• Transforming complex business questions into clear, actionable insights.
• Designing and enhancing dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data products that support both operational and strategic decisions.
• Monitoring key business metrics, identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions faster.
• Improving existing reporting solutions, simplifying business logic, and reducing complexity across analytics assets.
• Building scalable reporting and data solutions that can grow alongside the business.
• Partnering with leaders and stakeholders across departments to understand challenges and create valuable analytical solutions.
• Conducting investigative analysis and root‑cause assessments to uncover drivers behind business performance.
• Supporting modern analytics practices, governance standards, deployment processes, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
• Leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, documentation, testing, and analytics workflows while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Your work will directly influence how leaders understand performance, priorities initiatives, and make decisions. You'll help create a healthier, more scalable analytics environment while enabling operational teams to move faster with greater confidence.

• Have substantial experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical environment.
• Enjoy balancing enhancement work with new solution development.
• Are highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with cloud‑based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift.
• Have extensive experience building data visualisations, dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Understand dimensional modelling concepts and are comfortable designing scalable data structures.
• Can confidently connect business challenges with analytical solutions.
• Enjoy identifying trends, investigating root causes, and translating findings into meaningful recommendations.
• Are comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Embrace AI‑enabled tools as part of a modern analytics workflow.
• Enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Hold a degree in a relevant analytical, business, technical, or quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
