8. The Technology Services Senior Engineer is responsible for the availability, security, scalability, and continuity of the internal systems our employees rely on every day. Operating within a high‑performing IT team, this role shares accountability for outcomes, technical excellence, and employee experience across the business.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at senior technical depth while helping define how identity, access, and automation scale across a high-growth, AI-forward organisation. • Act as a senior technical leader designing and evolving enterprise identity and access governance frameworks
• Architect secure, automation-first solutions across identity platforms, SaaS tools, and business systems
• Build and maintain event‑driven, API‑based provisioning and lifecycle automation
• Lead complex incident resolution and serve as an escalation point for cross‑system challenges
• Establish standards for reliability, security, monitoring, and automation resilience
• Partner with Architecture, Security and Governance teams to translate strategy into working systems
• Create high‑quality technical documentation supporting operational sustainability and audit readiness
• Mentor engineers, share best practices, and influence long‑term technical direction

8. By enabling reliable automation and strong governance, you’ll help the business move faster with confidence — supporting teams, partners, and customers at global scale.

• Substantial expertise in enterprise systems engineering, identity platforms, and access governance
• Proven experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Demonstrated hands‑on capability with Microsoft Entra , including lifecycle management and access governance
• Strong background in automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and least‑privilege access models
• Extensive automation experience using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, workflow orchestration tools, and APIs
• Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and automated environments
• Experience collaborating across technical and non‑technical stakeholders with clarity and influence
• Clear, confident communication across engineering and leadership audiences

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, location and role alignment.
