Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a high-performing Agile delivery team. This role focuses on facilitating Agile practices, driving team performance, and enabling continuous improvement in a dynamic and complex environment. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, partnering closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Support Program Increment (PI) planning and quarterly prioritization activities
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items, defects, and UAT activities
  • Monitor team performance metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and Agile maturity
  • Present progress, metrics, and insights to leadership
  • Serve as a key liaison between delivery teams, stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Identify and remove impediments while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Support teams during high-pressure releases and changing priorities
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities within Agile teams to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Active Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working within Scrum frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments
  • Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations
  • Strong coaching and leadership capabilities
