CMDB Configuration Manager

We are seeking an experienced CMDB Configuration Manager to support a large-scale enterprise environment at one of the most complex and fast-growing organizations in the country.

This role is critical in driving CMDB data quality, asset lifecycle management, and configuration governance across a large IT ecosystem. This role will be hybrid - 2 days at DIA (Denver International Airport).

• Own and improve CMDB data health (completeness, correctness, compliance)
• Manage asset & configuration item (CI) lifecycle from intake through retirement
• Oversee Service Now integrations, ETL processes, and reconciliation rules
• Ensure alignment with CSDM framework and service mapping
• Partner with Asset Management, Procurement, and IT Operations teams
• Lead audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong hands-on experience with Service Now CMDB
• Experience with CMDB Health, Data Manager, Attestation
• Integration Hub & data integrations
• CI relationships and asset alignment
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 (Configuration & Asset Management)
• Experience working in large-scale environments (10k+ assets preferred)

• Service Now certifications (CIS – HAM, Discovery)
• Experience with CSDM implementations
• Reporting tools (Power BI, Performance Analytics)

Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite in Denver International Airport

12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
