IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to join one of our top clients in Denver, Minneapolis, or Texas
. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of utility industry transformation initiatives and hands-on experience with SAP IS-U. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within a team-oriented culture,

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for software module requirements, enhancement, and solution design.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with software capabilities and utility industry standards.
• Lead workshops to gather and validate business and functional requirements.
• Configure, test, and support the assigned solution module throughout design, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.

• 3-7 years of experience in utility industry transformation initiatives.
• 2-5 years of hands-on configuration and testing in SAP IS-U.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U modules:
  Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, FICA, Customer Service, etc. stems, including the latest S/4
  
  HANA platform.
• Ability to write and debug code in SAP's proprietary programming language.
• Knowledge of system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for integrating SAP with other systems.
• Skills in managing and migrating data within SAP ISU, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance consideration in enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
