Software Test and Support Engineer

Pattern Labs is looking for a Software Test and Support Engineer to join our Deployment team. This role will play an integral part in the testing, deployment and on-site operations of our fleet orchestration software. The ideal candidate will be excited about working on-site with large scale SAAS products and providing customer support. This role may involve 1-2 weeks of travel per month.

• Customer Focus - help solidify our customer relationships by interacting with them frequently in the field, gathering feedback, and driving any of their issues to resolution.
• Technical Support - fix issues on the fly and work with the engineers at HQ to maintain our software. Provide initial triage and detailed bug reports. Always keep customer operations running smoothly.
• Quality Assurance - ensure the quality of our product by supporting weekly release testing and development testing for new features.

• 2+ years experience in a technical support role
• Experience troubleshooting and providing remote support
• Understanding of software test and deployment cycles
