- Translate service strategy and SME input into implementable design inputs and measurable product capabilities.
- Define workflow stories and use cases for fault detection, remote triage, guided diagnostics, repair execution, automated tuning, verification, documentation, and service learning feedback loops.
- Lead cross-functional design workshops with engineering, product support, UX, data science, cloud/platform, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, commercial, education, and field service teams.

- Collaborate with UX and field-service SMEs to design workflow-integrated experiences across console, mobile, remote-support, and back-office service systems.
- Ensure alignment with broader service, access, data, commercial operations, installation, and education strategies.
- Support implementation, validation, issue review, impact ranking, and prioritization of service features across the product-development lifecycle.
- Concept documents, structured user needs, and design requirements for a new persona-based service experience, and closed-loop service workflow automation
- Detailed use cases and operational workflows with complementary productivity statements
- Design input documentation aligned to quality standards
- Traceability artifacts linking user needs to system requirements
- Serviceability requirements integrated into product definitions
- KPI factors and value models to drive investment justification and success measures
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or related role
- Experience in medical devices, radiation therapy, healthcare technology, healthcare IT, or other regulated product environments.
- Strong understanding of design control processes and product development lifecycle and related design validation practices
- Demonstrated experience defining user needs, use cases, and requirements
- Notable experience leading with cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, systems, support)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jama, Azure Dev Ops, Jiri, or similar
- Specific experience leading concept development in early-phase product innovation on at least 3 medical device product releases in the past 5 years
- Ability to synthesize complex technical, clinical, service, regulatory, and commercial inputs into structured product strategy and decision-ready documentation
- Clearly demonstrated analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to lead workshops and align senior SMEs.
- Experience with serviceability engineering or field service operations for medical devices
- Experience creating product concepts or serviceability…
