RDKB Test Lead

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the test automation team, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Perform RDKB triaging, investigating and diagnosing reported issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline issue resolution.
• Analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of defects.
• Ensure adherence to software testing principles and methodologies.
• Utilize bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) for issue management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of RDKB and its components.
• Experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or UFT.
• Expertise in issue triaging, debugging, and log analysis.
• Leadership experience, guiding and mentoring QA teams.
• Proficiency in bug tracking systems (Jira, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of networking protocols related to broadband systems.
