Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect, you will be part of the technical leadership supporting large-scale telecom transformation programs. Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect

• Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management domains.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket life cycles, triage processes, escalation paths, and operational pain points.
• Define Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation.
• Drive operational transformation outcomes including MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, faster triage, improved fault isolation, proactive incident prevention, and enhanced customer experience.
• Translate network and operations challenges into scalable architectures spanning OSS, service assurance, observability, telemetry, ITSM, knowledge management, and automation platforms.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven telecom solutions, especially in NOC/SOC environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS-based architectures and cloud-native platform design.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead customer workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in defining and executing transformation roadmaps and phased implementation strategies.
• Ability to mentor technical teams and ensure architecture governance and operational excellence.
