We’re seeking a strategic and transformational SAP leader to guide a global ERP landscape through a major S/4
HANA Greenfield implementation. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining SAP strategy, driving enterprise architecture, and leading a global team through digital transformation.
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
- Lead end-to-end S/4
HANA Greenfield migration and ECC transition strategy - Define and execute SAP roadmap, architecture, and governance
- Oversee global SAP teams and ERP application portfolio
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned to business goals
- Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions
- Ensure delivery excellence across timeline, budget, and quality
- Promote best practices in Agile/Waterfall delivery and service management
- Optimize systems and reduce technical debt
- 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10+ years in SAP leadership roles
- Proven success leading S/4
HANA Greenfield transformations - Deep expertise in SAP architecture, data governance, and ERP strategy
- Experience leading global teams and large-scale programs
- Strong business acumen with ability to align technology to outcomes
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and team development
- Lead a high-visibility global transformation
- Shape the future of ERP and digital capabilities
- Influence strategy at the executive level
- Drive meaningful impact across the business
