Marathon TS is looking for a Talent and Performance Consultant to support our efforts at DIA.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
• Guide clients on Recruiting configuration and implementation
• Lead data conversion from legacy systems
• Advise on Recruiting application planning
• Communicate project updates to clients
• Mentor and share knowledge with team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years implementing Workday Recruiting
• Experience with end-to-end Recruiting implementations
• Deep understanding of Recruiting configuration
• Workday Recruiting certification preferred
• Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly
