Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SDLC methodologies.
• Leverage tools like Version One (or equivalent) for Agile tracking and reporting.
• Negotiate resources, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate on QA/test case development to support product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
• Provide project health insights and team performance metrics to program leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing environments and IT governance frameworks.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, Agile reporting tools, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools like Version One, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing databases and data related to project tracking and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
