This position serves as a Salesforce system analyst and administrator within the Air Pollution Control Division's Business Technology Modernization Unit. The role involves supporting existing Salesforce solutions, implementing new systems, mentoring staff, and ensuring applications meet best practices and business needs. The position works on data management, integrations, configuration, testing, and training across the division's permitting and air quality databases.
Key qualifications- Six years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience with Salesforce system administration, configuration, and implementation including objects, fields, flows, and integrations
- Ability to work with business units and product owners to define requirements and document solutions
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, Omni Studio Developer, Agentforce)
- Experience with data analysis, migration, reporting, or agile methodologies preferred
