We are partnering with a nation-leading healthcare provider to find a sharp, proactive Tier 3 M365 Administrator. If you thrive on tackling intricate system challenges, optimizing digital work spaces, and managing large-scale SaaS ecosystems in a mission-critical enterprise setting, this role is for you. You will serve as the top-tier technical authority, driving reliability, security, and smart automation across thousands of daily users.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Serving as the ultimate technical authority for enterprise cloud collaboration tools, taking command of cloud messaging, intranet governance, and unified communications.
• Driving deep-level incident resolution, leading root-cause investigations for critical outages, and orchestrating vendor technical engagements.
• Championing tenant-wide security and compliance through robust access controls, automated data loss protections, and eDiscovery workflows.
• Crafting advanced Power Shell scripts and leveraging API frameworks to automate routine administrative tasks and elevate system performance.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise managing enterprise-scale cloud workplace applications and hybrid directory infrastructures.
• Advanced proficiency in automated administration via Power Shell, with a proven track record of continuous operational optimization.
• Deep experience establishing conditional access frameworks, regulatory retention standards, and threat prevention strategies.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, with a passion for mentoring junior technicians and authoring standardized operational documentation.
