QBench is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the post-implementation lifecycle for our SaaS LIMS platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to lab, quality, IT, and executive stakeholders, driving product adoption and measurable outcomes while ensuring renewals and expansion.
You will collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering teams, translate technical concepts into business value, and monitor health metrics to mitigate churn and maximize customer value.
