Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of experience in Reporting Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets. Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and reports. Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms. Tableau is preferred. Experience supporting Revenue Cycle, Revenue Operations, Healthcare Operations, or related business functions. Experience developing automated reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.
