We are hiring an IAM Architect – PingIDM to join our client's Identity & Access Management team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale identity transformation initiatives within a highly complex and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PingIDM/Forge Rock Identity Management and will help design, implement, and optimize identity lifecycle management solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires both architectural leadership and hands-on technical capabilities to support identity aggregation, reconciliation, provisioning, and future-state IAM strategies.

• Design and define enterprise identity architecture using PingIDM
• Build and manage identity lifecycle workflows including provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning
• Integrate identity data from HR systems, Active Directory, applications, and APIs
• Develop identity reconciliation and "golden record" strategies across multiple data sources
• Guide implementation teams on PingIDM configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues across enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, HR, and application teams to align IAM solutions with business needs
• Ensure IAM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term enterprise strategy
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for identity governance and data consistency initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Strong hands-on experience with PingIDM and/or Forge Rock IDM implementations
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and reconciliation processes
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with Active Directory, HR systems, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of identity data modeling, identity fusion, and deduplication strategies
• Ability to troubleshoot and support enterprise IAM implementations in complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments is a plus
• Relevant IAM certifications are preferred

Hourly Rate: $60.00 – $62.00 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
