Ryder System seeks a Solution Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of transportation, warehousing, and fleet technology solutions. In this role, you will translate business requirements into scalable system designs, lead cross-functional implementation teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution. You will coordinate with operations, engineering, and IT to integrate TMS, WMS, and telematics platforms, manage vendor partners, and drive testing, go-live, and hypercare.
The role includes defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and continuously improving solutions to enhance safety, service quality, and cost efficiency for Ryder's logistics customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of logistics and transportation technology solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, IT, and engineering
- Oversee implementation of TMS, WMS, and telematics platforms
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Drive system testing, go-live planning, and hypercare support
- Monitor solution performance against safety, service, and cost KPIs
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Produce documentation, training materials, and handoffs to operations
