What you'll do:

• Leadthe Data Platform Operationsteamtodriveoperationalstrategyforthe Data Lakeandrelatedservices .
• Enhancedatasecurityandgovernancebyimprovingaccessprovisioningandcompliancestandards.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code(Terraform) andautomationtostreamlineoperations.
• Improvecloudcostefficiencythroughtuningacrossstorage,compute,and networking.
• CollaboratewithsecurityteamstostrengthenIAM,RBAC,and compliance.
• ApplySREpracticesforstandardizeddeploymentsandimprovedresilience.
• Enhancemonitoringandobservabilityforreliability.
• Oversee maintenance,scaling,andautomationofoperationalworkflows.
• Integrate AI-drivenoptimizationforperformanceimprovement
• Mentor engineers,guidearchitecturaldecisions,promotetechnicalqualitythroughrigoroustestingandcodereviews.
