10 is currently seeking a Technical Architect for a hybrid position with a Large Energy Company located in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $85.70 - $95.70 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

Position Overview:

This is a new individual contributor role supporting a Customer Core Program focused on implementing SAP as the billing system. The position is heavily focused on defining and establishing customer data governance processes as SAP is rolled out. This architect sits on the strategy side, serves the analytics and value-realization layer of the project, and collaborates with various business and technology teams.

• Provide overall responsibility for the design, development, documentation, and quality of the technical architecture
• Strategically design and implement data warehouses, data marts, and data stores, while ensuring high levels of data availability
• Define data standards and models for warehouse architectures
• Partner with SAP tower leads during blueprinting to define data requirements
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance to ensure standards are defined and implemented
• Work with System Integrators (SI), Business Integrators (BI), and internal business and technology teams

• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Utilities or IS-U functional foundation
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a transformation environment
• Adaptability and ability to collaborate across functions

• SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud certification
• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
