Autodesk seeks a Senior Support Associate to back our Digital Support Key Account team. You will assist strategic customers with daily operations, resolving technical issues and sharing product/process expertise. You’ll collaborate across Digital Support and other departments while guiding leadership on projects that advance the business.
Build Connected, Trade Tapp, and Admiin expertise are required. The role is hybrid in Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA with an 8:30am–5pm MT shift.
