Best Buy’s Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician role at our local Denver store provides hands-on tech support and repairs for computers and devices. You’ll diagnose issues, follow repair procedures, and deliver friendly service to customers in-store and over the phone.
You will collaborate with teammates, document requests, and ensure timely repairs while meeting customer expectations. A 6-month related experience minimum and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required.
