As our Technology Services Engineer II, your work will sit at the heart of secure, scalable internal technology. Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting identity and access projects across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Partner Centre, and related enterprise systems
Helping deliver automation and infrastructure as code initiatives using tools such as Terraform, Power Automate, Power Shell, Python, and n8n
Supporting secure access across employee accounts, vendor portals, service principals, enterprise applications, provisioning groups, and access packages
Helping reduce security debt by contributing to clean-up, governance, and improvement work across identity and access environments
Working closely with Technology Services, Security Operations, Trust and Security, Global IT, corporate teams, and vendor partners
Creating clear documentation, improving knowledge base content, and helping make processes easier to understand and repeat
Contributing to daily stand-ups, project delivery in Jira, change advisory discussions, and continuous improvement work

What You’ll Bring - You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Solid working proficiency with Azure AD / Entra , Intune, SSO, endpoint management, and identity lifecycle operations with minimal supervision
Familiarity with access governance concepts — RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege, and access reviews
Working experience with Okta or a comparable identity platform is a strong plus
Competent with Service Now and Atlassian for workflow management, change requests, and documenting technical work
Independently supports application onboarding and updates, validating requirements and performing testing
Working skill in automation/scripting to streamline repetitive tasks (Python, Power Shell, Power Automate, Terraform)
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (Azure/AWS IAM, networking basics, storage, compute)
Demonstrates practical application of Agile and Dev Ops practices
Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management
Strong troubleshooting capabilities; begins identifying root causes
Reliable collaborator who contributes to team deliverables and small projects
Communicates clearly with peers, stakeholders, and end users
Apply security best practices in daily work
