THE ROLE
Inspirato is looking for an early-career Salesforce professional focused on supporting and building high-quality solutions on our Salesforce platform. Must be enthusiastic, curious, and possess a talent for solving real business challenges. Should present an adaptive, free-thinking, and quality focused mindset and approach to problems. Work well and communicate effectively with others, including hearing customer needs and communicating solutions. A high degree of responsiveness and teamwork is required to produce optimal results in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
A real desire to learn, improve, and grow into a leading solution developer is key. This is a hands‑on, associate‑level role and an entry point onto our Salesforce team. You will work alongside senior administrators and developers who provide mentorship, configuration review, and a clear path toward advanced certifications and greater platform ownership.
- Serve as a first point of contact for Salesforce end users, triaging incoming support requests, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Perform day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user setup and deactivation, license and permission set assignment, profiles, roles, sharing rules, page layouts, and field maintenance.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for Sales, Service, and Member Experience stakeholders.
- Configure declarative customizations in Salesforce under guidance, including objects and fields, record types, validation rules, and Flows.
- Perform data management tasks such as imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar tooling.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into clearly written user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Test configuration and release changes in sandbox environments and support deployment activities.
- Create and maintain end‑user documentation, release notes, and training materials; deliver new hire and refresher training.
- Collaborate with members of the development team, product owners, and stakeholders to design, test, and provide post‑release support.
- Maintain a security conscious mindset and adhere to best practices and team standards.
- Operate in a highly agile environment with a focus on iterative and test‑driven design methods.
- Flexible in handling changing priorities and meeting commitments.
- Take part in a highly collaborative and self-accountable team of software craftspeople.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) is required and must be active at time of hire.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience in an administrative, support, or business operations capacity.
- Working knowledge of core Salesforce concepts…
