Program Manager - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Program Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Large Energy Company located in Denver, CO. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid position with Tuesday-Thursday onsite requirements. Compensation: $57.62 - $59.40 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, build, governance, and implementation of a Coupa Hosted Catalog solution. This role will be accountable for end-to-end program delivery, partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, and IT to support key business objectives within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all work streams required to successfully design, build, test, and deploy the Coupa Hosted Catalog solution Define governance, controls, and operating processes required to manage catalog content, supplier onboarding, and ongoing program delivery Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, implementation plan, resource plan, budget, and executive reporting Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to establish catalog requirements and operating models Manage vendor, consulting, and implementation partner activities to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments Coordinate resources across business, functional, technical, and supplier work streams Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive stakeholder alignment Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and user adoption plans Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams Primary Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing procurement, sourcing, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology solutions Proven experience leading large-scale software implementation programs involving multiple cross-functional business and technical work streams Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and supplier management Experience coordinating integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems such as SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4

HANA

Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership skills Desired

Skills:

Direct experience implementing Coupa Hosted Catalogs or related Coupa modules Experience supporting SAP S/4

HANA transformation programs PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification Knowledge of Punchout, cXML, OCI, EDI, supplier connectivity standards, and catalog content management Utility, energy, or other regulated industry experience Experience establishing catalog governance and operating models supporting ongoing supplier and content management Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
