- Participate in delivering Gravitee Next Gen Cloud infrastructure, including environments that support AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads
- Deliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments
- Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with Gravitee products
- Work with team members to develop and maintain new infrastructure features
- Share technical and non-technical knowledge during internal Gravitee Tech Talks
- Lead investigation of support tickets and collaborate to resolve customer issues
- Create knowledge articles to complete documentation and enable customers to better understand product use cases
- Improve processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate work and improve processes, reliability, documentation, and incident analysis
- Contribute ideas for safely integrating AI into the platform, infrastructure, and internal tooling
- 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management
- Fluency with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let's Encrypt)
- Experience with continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts)
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Patient, resilient problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements and GPU workload orchestration (preferred)
- Experience supporting AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure (preferred)
- Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in Kubernetes management, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on delivering customer-facing environments and improving operational processes through AI-driven solutions.
