NetSuite Implementation Specialist

Looking for a high-impact Net Suite project where you can take ownership of a global ERP rollout? Our client is seeking an experienced Net Suite Implementation Specialist to support a high-priority implementation across multiple international entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Net Suite professional who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering closely with Finance and IT, and taking an implementation from configuration and testing through successful go-live. The Net Suite Implementation Specialist will play a key role in keeping the project moving toward its year-end implementation goals while helping establish a strong foundation for long-term system support.

• Lead hands-on Net Suite configuration and implementation activities across multiple entities
• Review existing project documentation, system designs, workflows, and implementation plans
• Partner with accounting and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Net Suite solutions
• Configure and support Net Suite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management functionality
• Execute system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and entity onboarding activities
• Identify implementation risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support go-live activities and successful adoption across global business units
• Validate project deliverables and ensure established success criteria are achieved
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, operations, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide recommendations for long-term Net Suite administration, system ownership, and support

• Proven experience supporting or leading full-cycle Net Suite ERP implementations
• Strong hands-on Net Suite configuration and implementation experience
• Experience working within multi-entity and/or multinational organizations
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
• Experience integrating Net Suite with commercial and/or custom-built applications
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes; accounting experience or certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, IT, and operational teams
• Net Suite certifications strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
