- Build and mature a modern Total Quality Management function for enterprise data products
- Embed quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement practices across the data product lifecycle
- Manage daily team operations, mentorship, recruitment, development, retention, and performance
- Plan and lead low- to medium-complexity IT projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Ensure technology system availability, reliability, and security
- Develop, implement, and improve the TQM framework
- Define and manage quality reviews, control testing, documentation reviews, reusable test plans, and validation artifacts
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Internal Audit, IT Compliance, Data Delivery, and Decision Intelligence
- Oversee controls, periodic self-testing, SOX reviews, and compliance monitoring
- Lead cross-functional review forums before production releases and critical lifecycle transitions
- Own dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs for data product quality, control performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Maintain technical requirements, metadata, security needs, and control evidence for data products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related field
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience
- 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience
- Experience leading professional staff
- Ability to define and manage quality reviews, control design and testing, and documentation reviews
- Knowledge of data product quality, governance, compliance, testing, controls, and lifecycle processes
- Ability to oversee SOX reviews and compliance monitoring
- Ability to manage staff, performance reviews, pay reviews, staffing decisions, and employee development
Demonstrates expertise in Total Quality Management, data governance, and compliance monitoring, with a strong focus on leading teams and managing IT projects effectively. Proven ability to implement quality frameworks and oversee performance metrics for data products.
