Role: The position involves leading identity governance and security platform implementations, with a focus on Service Now Identity Governance and Veza. The manager will design solutions, oversee technical delivery, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of identity governance projects.
- Develop identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, policies, workflows, and integrations.
- Guide onboarding activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and support implementation success.
- Collaborate with application owners, security, and business teams to gather requirements and support delivery.
- Create technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Enhance clients' identity visibility, entitlement management, and overall security posture using related technologies.
- Mentor team members, lead technical work streams, and support security transformation initiatives.
- Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with Service Now, Veza, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related fields preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in implementing identity governance solutions, application onboarding, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of security analytics, access intelligence, and governance capabilities within relevant platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
