In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado. Colorado Hiring Range:
This position is a non-exempt role with a compensation of $23.00 - $28.85 per hour with a potential bonus of 7%. The pay will vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage administrative and data-driven tasks to support the Large Commercial team, including processing endorsements, audits, and renewals, issuing certificates and Auto , and invoicing premiums and dividends.
  • Lead client renewal process, assist with setting up client portals, preparing proposals, handling binding summaries, and completing various data entry projects.
  • Review contracts to determine if policy offers appropriate coverages.
  • Answer phones professionally, maintain a positive attitude, and provide high-quality client service, even in challenging interactions.
  • Update client management systems, process applications and changes, and send proof of insurance to relevant parties.
  • Follow up on incomplete applications and change forms to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage special projects and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge through training, continuing education, and professional designations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internal and external.
  • Attend client and market meetings, planning workshops, and stewardship meetings as needed.
  • Organize time effectively to meet project, renewal, and service deadlines while demonstrating initiative in assuming new responsibilities.

Credentials:

  • High School diploma or GED required, two or four-year degree preferred
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • One year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions
