Role DescriptionWe are looking for interpreters who hold an EIPA and are either CDE-authorized or willing to obtain CDE authorization to work in educational settings.
We anticipate staffing 15–25 full-time interpreters to support students across the district for the 2026–2027 school year (August–May, 177-day calendar).
Position highlights- Up to 40 hours per week of consistent work

- Elementary (Preschool–5th)
- Classroom interpreting and 1:1 student support based on individual needs
- Proficient in Sign Language, with strong Interpreting and Translation skills
- Hold an EIPA and are either CDE-authorized or willing to obtain CDE authorization
- Deep understanding of Deaf Culture
- Ability to work effectively in-person
- Previous experience working in educational environments
