high-stakes, client-facing role where you'll be in the room during multi-day strategic planning retreats, supporting our lead facilitator in real-time while managing every operational detail before, during, and after.

This isn't a desk job. It's on-your-feet work that demands you know where everything is, anticipate needs, and execute flawlessly under pressure.

If you squint, you’ll see a lot of inspiration from customer-first standards held by top hotels and restaurants.

You'll be supporting in-person strategic planning retreats – full-day and multi-day sessions where clients are making critical decisions about their businesses. During these sessions:

• You’re in the room, taking notes, adjusting spreadsheets (Google) & data presentations (Looker Studio) on the fly, and troubleshooting data issues in real-time.
• You’re learning the client, their business, and their hopes and dreams.
• You need to locate any client document, business metric, or historical decision within minutes – no fumbling, no delays.
• You’re reading the room, anticipating what our lead facilitator needs before she asks, and ensuring the client experience is seamless.
• You’re managing logistics, technology, materials, and follow-through while staying invisible to the client unless called upon.

Between retreats, you’re maintaining the operational backbone that makes this level of service possible: calendars, communications, data tracking, scheduling, and process documentation.
